To support and enable the service user to manage their medication in their own home.
Safe and Well Checks
To monitor the health and wellbeing of a Service User, supporting them to remain safe and well within their own home.
Direct payments/Personal Budgets
To provide care services to Service Users in receipt of Direct Payments.
Night Sitting
24 hour home care assistance and support are provided throughout the night.
Supported Living
24 home care support to Service Users to enable them to live independently.
Escorting Services
To provide support to Service Users to enable them to carry out their individual appointments to Gps, dentists or escorting them shopping.
Sitting Services
To provide support Service Users with individual needs whilst providing family members with respite throughout the day where required.
Supported Holidays
To support, assist or escort individuals to achieve an independent holiday or short break.
