Please contact the out of hours if:
(The list below are reasons accepted as justified out of hours emergency contact)
A Care Worker has not arrived within 30mins of the agreed service delivery time. (without your call we are unable to respond)

If you need to cancel before the office opens at 9am the following morning

If you wish to confirm the identity of your allocated care worker prior to them entering you home.

It is extremely important that you understand that our out of hours service should only be used when essential. Contacting our out of hourís service for issues that are not an emergency could prevent genuine emergency calls being received.

If you are unwell and require medical treatment please contact your GP or the Emergency Services.

NOTE - A CHARGE FOR THE CALL MAY APPLY IF YOUR CALL WAS NOT URGENT OR AN EMERGENCY AND COULD HAVE BEEN DEALT WITH DURING NORMAL OFFICE HOURS.
