Roger Bayliss has been Director of our company for twelve years. He has a track record of directing and driving the business forward by developing plans and strategic aims/objectives that are fundamental to the core of our services. He is also responsible for the monitoring, reviewing and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring that an excellent service is delivered maintained. Roger has experience and skills in servicing referrals, making sure that a person centred approach is adopted. This incorporates the principles of care identified and enables the individual needs of the Service User to be met.

Theresa Vickers holds a Registered Managers Award (RMA NVQ Level 4,) with thirteen years financial and managerial experience within all aspects of domiciliary care. Theresa has been director for nine years working with Mr Bayliss to develop core values and principles, whilst incorporating strategic aims and objectives to develop and sustain a service delivery that can produce flexible and responsive quality services. Theresa is responsible for the financial operation of the company, liaising with financial consultants, Inland Revenue and Local Authority finance departments.
